HRT Hormone Replacement Therapies consist of either Premarin (manufactured and distributed by Wyeth) and Provera (manufactured and distributed by Pfizer) in the 1980s and early 1990s, and/or Estrogen and Progestin (Wyeth’s Prempro) from 1995 forward. The Women’s Health Initiative study (JAMA 7/17/02) found an increased risk invasive lobular breast cancer and hormone positive ductal cancer.
